In the Master’s Hands Salon & Spa requires 24 hours notice for any cancellation of an appointment. Please make sure to call during business hours the day before your appointment in order to avoid any additional fees.
Due to the professional nature of In the Master’s Hands Salon and Spa’s service environment, we request that no unattended children be allowed in the salon unless being serviced.
Gratuity is appreciated but not required for any of our stylists or salon professionals. You may leave cash or check tips at the front desk in provided envelopes for your discretion.
In the Master’s Hands Salon and Spa provides only a limited number of parking spaces. As a result, you may have to use on-street parking in walking distance of the salon.
In general, you can visit us on the internet without telling us who you are or giving us personal information. There are times when we may need information from you, for instance: to process an order, to correspond, to provide a subscription or in connection with a job application. We may supplement this information to complete a transaction or to provide a better service.

1.1 This agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the In the Masters Hands Salon & Spa Web site ("inthemastershands.com" or the "Site") operated by In the Masters Hands Salon & Spa ("Owners").
1.2 Owner reserves the right, in its discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon notice published on lordsandladys.com. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE AND THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT IS ASSUMED SOLELY BY YOU.

7.1 This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Lousiana, and the parties irrevocably consent to bring any action to enforce this Agreement in the federal or state courts located in New Orleans, Louisiana.
7.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. If any inconsistency exists between the terms of this Agreement and any additional terms and conditions posted on the Site, such terms shall be interpreted as to eliminate any inconsistency, if possible, and otherwise, the additional terms and conditions shall control.
7.3 If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, all other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
